the location was fantastic, as it was close to shops and an array of local attractions. the staff went above and beyond to help us when our flight was canceled, picking us up from the airport and ensuring we were comfortable with our rooms. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, though seeing the tempting cooked breakfasts made me wish I had tried those instead. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience, with a cheerful driver who brightened up the short journey.
Everything was just right 😊.

Thanks a lot everyone for a really lovely stay during my first visit. The stuff where very very helpful and efficient and the location was absolutely perfect too close to the beer garden. And it was also adjacent to main areas, a genuine pub that is n't trying to be something else and galleries.

The room was spotless in good condition when upgraded. We booked it for US$ 119. The location turned out to be great and absolutely perfect, next to garden area, local shops and great coffee/cafes across the road.

Wednesday evening was very noisy until around midnight due to a karaoke evening. The next morning at 06:30 a group of people went for a swim in the pool which is located right under the bedroom windows and obviously wake everyone. There were vomit spats on the bathroom door and everything in the room is old and in need attention. Even though it is a budget room you’d expect the basics to be intact.

The location, the grounds were always neat and tidy. The fact that they had smoking allocated areas. A nice quiet country getaway.
The only thing we didn't like was that there was no allocated parking space for your car, eg, if you were staying in room 300 there should be a parking bay numbered 300 for your car, we found it a bit confusing and daunting, but at the end of the day it is not a big issue we still enjoyed our stay.

Central location, quiet room, convenient parking.
Outside public areas would benefit from a little upgrade such as flooring and pathway renewal, removal of leaf litter.

Good location.
It is budget accommodation at a high price, in my opinion. Mining boom is having its effect on place.

Good sized room and decent bed quality
Cleaning standards were poor. The advertised BBQ facilities were non-existant. The rate was way too high for what was offered.
